The group’s alleged ringleader is also alleged to have fought against Ukraine as part of an armed terrorist organization. In preparation for possible attacks, the defendant allegedly scouted potential targets in Bavaria. These included a loading station and US military facilities. He also targeted a tool manufacturer and took photographs of military transports.
