Second flight in two days diverted due to jamming.
The second Finnair flight from Helsinki to Tartu in two days, departing around midnight on Friday night (26 April 2024), was forced to turn back to Helsinki because GPS interference prevented it from safely landing at Tartu Airport. As with the first flight, the problem was that Tartu’s approach procedures rely on GPS and the airport has no alternative navigation system for landing.
