Russian-linked operative carries out second arson attack against construction-material depot in Radom.

During the night of 29–30 May 2024, the same Colombian operative set fire to a construction-material depot on Warszawska Street in Radom. Fire-service information places the outbreak at approximately 01:45 and confirms that it was an ordinary commercial building-material depot rather than the NATO or Ukraine-related logistics facility later described by Russian-language channels. Investigators later determined that the perpetrator ignited the depot in several places, recorded the developing fire and transmitted footage to a person connected to Russian special services. Eurojust states that recordings of both Polish arsons were subsequently circulated by Russian-language online media and falsely portrayed as successful attacks against NATO military infrastructure, linking the physical sabotage to a subsequent information operation. Polish prosecutors have charged the perpetrator with acting for foreign intelligence and committing terrorist-type offences; the investigation into his principals remains ongoing.
