Pro-Russian hacker groups target Latvian banking sector & National Defence Academy.

On February 4, pro-Russian hacktivist groups, including UserSec, affiliated with Killnet, and MistNet, conducted DDoS attacks targeting Latvia’s banking sector. On February 14, the pro-Russian hacktivist group NoName057(16) announced on Telegram that it had carried out a DDoS attack against the website of Latvia’s National Defence Academy.
