NoName057(16) campaign targets the Port of Civitavecchia’s online infrastructure.

On 24 September 2026, the Port of Civitavecchia’s public-facing web infrastructure appeared among the Italian DDoS targets monitored during the NoName057(16) campaign. CyberXTron specifically lists Civitavecchia among the victims shared by NoName057(16) and Dark Storm Team, while subsequent Italian threat reporting confirms that Dark Storm also claimed attacks against the port. The target is relevant to the tracker because it is a significant transport and maritime facility rather than an ordinary commercial website. Available evidence establishes a claimed availability attack, not compromise of port operational technology, cargo systems or physical maritime operations. The incident should therefore be described narrowly as a DDoS attack against port-related digital infrastructure.
