On January 10–11, the pro-Russian hacktivist group NoName claimed responsibility for DDoS attacks against multiple European websites, targeting Ukrainian and Lithuanian organizations in the financial services, telecommunications, transportation, and logistics sectors. The attacks took place during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to Lithuania, shortly after Lithuania announced a €200 million military aid package for Ukraine.
