On November 4 and 5, Killnet claimed to have conducted cyberattacks against entities in five Eastern European countries including foreign policy think tanks and intelligence services. On November 6, DDoS attacks targeted the websites of the intelligence committees of Estonia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova. Killnet later claimed responsibility for the DDoS attacks.
