Russian hacktivist group Qilin hacks Germany’s Die Linke party.

On March 26, 2025 the IT network of the Left Party was the target of a serious cyberattack. Sensitive information was gathered and the perpetrators are aiming to publish the data from within the party organization as well as personal information of employees at party headquarters. A russian hacktivist group named Qilin is behind the ransomware attack.
