Epava unei drone suspecte descoperită lângă baza aeriană Wunstorf

Autoritățile germane au fost alertate pe 14 septembrie 2026 după ce părți ale unei drone aparent prăbușite au fost găsite pe teren nelocuit la est de Steinhuder Meer, aproape de baza aeriană Wunstorf a Bundeswehr, unde se află flota de transport militar A400M a Germaniei și un important centru logistic al Bundeswehr. Poliția a lansat pe 15 septembrie o amplă căutare în mlaștinile din jur pentru a recupera componente suplimentare și a identifica aeronava sau operatorul acesteia. Primele declarații ale LKA au fost prudente: resturile nu au fost găsite pe instalația militară în sine, iar autoritățile au declarat că nu pot încă determina dacă a fost o tentativă de supraveghere, un zbor privat ilicit sau un alt tip de incident.

German authorities were alerted on 14 September 2026 after parts of an apparently crashed drone were found in uninhabited terrain east of the Steinhuder Meer, close to the Bundeswehr’s Wunstorf Air Base, home to Germany’s A400M military transport fleet and an important Bundeswehr logistics hub. Police launched a large search of the surrounding moorland on 15 September to recover additional components and identify the aircraft or its operator. Initial LKA statements were cautious: the debris had not been found on the military installation itself, and authorities said they could not yet determine whether it represented attempted surveillance, an illicit private flight, or another type of incident.
