Pro-Russische hacktivisten richten zich op systemen van het Spaanse verkiezingsorgaan en het nationale statistiekinstituut.
Op 23 juli, de dag van de algemene verkiezingen in Spanje, richtte de groep zich op de website van de Junta Electoral Central, het orgaan dat verantwoordelijk is voor het toezicht op en de registratie van verkiezingen en voor het toezicht op stemprocedures in stembureaus. De officiële website van het Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), dat gegevens verzamelt en publiceert over de bevolking, economie en samenleving van Spanje, behoorde ook tot de gemelde doelwitten. Die dag kende het hoogste aantal DDoS-aanvallen, gericht op meerdere overheidswebsites en op online ticketdiensten voor openbaar vervoer in het hele land.

On July 23, the day of Spain’s general elections, the group targeted the website of the Junta Electoral Central, the body responsible for overseeing and registering elections and supervising voting procedures at polling stations. The official website of the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), which collects and publishes data on Spain’s population, economy, and society, was also among the reported targets. That day saw the highest number of DDoS attacks, targeting multiple government websites as well as online ticketing services for public transportation across the country.
