Drons piespieda uz laiku slēgt Berlīnes Brandenburgas lidostu
2026. gada 23. septembra vakarā Berlīnes Brandenburgas lidosta uz laiku pārtrauca lidojumu operācijas pēc tam, kad lidostas ziemeļu skrejceļa tuvumā tika novērots neidentificēts drons. Drons tika atklāts aptuveni plkst. 20:00 pēc vietējā laika. Vācijas gaisa satiksmes kontrole drīz pēc tam slēdza attiecīgo gaisa telpu, galu galā pārtraucot lidostas darbību uz aptuveni 45 minūtēm. Vairākas lidmašīnas tika novirzītas uz Drēzdeni, savukārt ielidojošie un izlidojošie lidojumi aizkavējās. Gaisa telpa tika atkal atvērta neilgi pēc plkst. 21:00. Vācijas iestādes savā sākotnējā izmeklēšanā nenoteica drons identitāti vai operatoru. Incidenta notika tikai nedēļas pēc tam, kad Vācija formāli attiecināja sprādzienbīstama drons uzbrukuma mēģinājumu Leipcigas/Halles lidostā uz Krievijas dalībniekiem. Tas notika arī strauja neizskaidrojamas drons aktivitātes pieauguma laikā ap Vācijas aviācijas un militāro infrastruktūru: Berlīnes Brandenburga jau bija reģistrējusi 28 drons novērojumus 2026. gada pirmajā pusē, salīdzinot ar astoņiem visā 2025. gadā. ISW novērtēja Berlīnes incidentu kopā ar Starlink sabotāžu Polijā kā atbilstošu Krievijas plašākajam provokāciju modelim, kas vērsts pret Eiropas loģistikas un kritisko infrastruktūru, vienlaikus skaidri norādot, ka Vācijas iestādes nebija attiecinājušas šo konkrēto dronu uz Krieviju. Attiecīgi tam jāpaliek kā zemas ticamības "atbilst modelim" incidentam, nevis Krievijai attiecinātam uzbrukumam.

On the evening of 23 September 2026, Berlin Brandenburg Airport temporarily suspended flight operations after an unidentified drone was observed close to the airport’s northern runway. The UAV was detected at approximately 20:00 local time. German air-traffic control closed the affected airspace shortly afterwards, ultimately suspending airport operations for around 45 minutes. Several aircraft were diverted to Dresden while incoming and outgoing flights experienced delays. Airspace was reopened shortly after 21:00. German authorities did not establish the identity or operator of the drone in their initial investigation. The incident occurred only weeks after Germany formally attributed an attempted explosive-drone attack at Leipzig/Halle Airport to Russian actors. It also occurred amid a steep rise in unexplained drone activity around German aviation and military infrastructure: Berlin Brandenburg had already recorded 28 drone sightings during the first half of 2026, compared with eight during all of 2025. ISW assessed the Berlin incident alongside the Starlink sabotage in Poland as fitting Russia’s wider pattern of provocations directed against European logistical and critical infrastructure, while explicitly noting that German authorities had not attributed this individual drone to Russia. Accordingly, this should remain a low-confidence Fitting the pattern incident rather than a Russian-attributed attack.
