Neidentificēta drona atlūzas atrastas netālu no Volintiri Moldovas dienvidos

2026. gada 26. septembra vakarā iedzīvotāji netālu no Volintiri Moldovas Štefan Vodas rajonā informēja varas iestādes par neidentificētām atlūzām ārpus ciema. Ap plkst.

On the evening of 26 September 2026, residents near Volintiri in Moldova’s Ștefan Vodă District alerted authorities to unidentified wreckage outside the village. At approximately 20:25, Moldovan Border Police located fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle on the ground. Authorities immediately secured the area. Specialist teams began work to determine the aircraft’s type, origin and circumstances of arrival. The Border Police also established communication with the relevant Ukrainian authorities as part of the investigation. Volintiri is located in southeastern Moldova in the broader corridor repeatedly affected by Russian aerial operations against the Odesa region. The discovery came only two days after Moldova had recorded four Russian drone incursions and recovered Russian-used Geran/Gerbera-type systems elsewhere in the country. It also preceded three further UAV violations on 30 September.
