Durante il fine settimana di Pasqua dell'aprile 2025, due pali di telecomunicazioni in località separate nel comune di Norrköping sono stati deliberatamente danneggiati nell'arco di circa 24 ore. Secondo l'emittente svedese SVT, individui non identificati hanno fatto irruzione negli armadi elettrici che servivano gli impianti, causando interruzioni delle telecomunicazioni che hanno interessato Åby, Simonstorp e un'altra località. La polizia ha confermato che batterie e metalli preziosi non erano stati rubati, sollevando interrogativi sulle motivazioni degli autori. Un incidente è stato indagato dalla polizia locale, mentre l'altro è stato assegnato alla divisione per i crimini gravi. During Easter weekend in April 2025, two telecommunications masts at separate locations in Norrköping municipality were deliberately damaged within approximately 24 hours. According to Swedish broadcaster SVT, unidentified individuals broke into electrical cabinets serving the installations, causing telecommunications interruptions affecting Åby, Simonstorp and another locality. Police confirmed that batteries and valuable metals had not been stolen, raising questions about the perpetrators’ motives.
