Il 23 novembre un attacco DDoS ha colpito il sito ufficiale del Parlamento europeo. Poche ore prima, il Parlamento europeo aveva riconosciuto la Federazione Russa come Stato sponsor del terrorismo. Lo stesso giorno Killnet e Anonymous Russia hanno rivendicato un attacco non specificato.
