Kremli-meelsed häkkerid püüavad EP valimiste alguses kahtlusi külvata.

6. juunil 2024, Euroopa Parlamendi valimiste esimesel päeval, teatas Kremli-meelne häkkerirühmitus nimega HackNet oma Telegrami kanalites, et on edukalt sihikule võtnud Madalmaade erakonnad, nagu paremtsentristlik Christian Democratic Appeal, paremäärmuslik Forum for Democracy ja Geert Wildersi Party for Freedom. Samal päeval mõjutas rünnak ka Luksemburgi ja Iirimaad.

On 6 June 2024, on the first day of the European elections, a pro-kremlin hacker group called HackNet stated on their telegram channels that they have successfully targeted the Netherlands political parties such as center-right Christian Democratic Appeal, far-right Forum for Democracy, and Geert Wilders’ Party for Freedom. Additionaly, on the same day Luxembourg and Ireland were affected by the attack.
