Indiana osariigis asuv Tipton Municipal Utilitiesi reoveepuhasti sattus GRU Cyber Army of Russia Reborni, tuntud ka kui Sandworm ja APT 44, küberrünnaku sihtmärgiks. Rajatis teenindab umbes 5 000 inimest Indianapolisest põhja pool. Jaam jäi kogu rünnaku ajal tööle. Nagu Muleshoe rünnaku puhul, avaldasid häkkerid sensatsioonilise video, mis liialdas nende tekitatud kahju. Tegelikkuses tabas rajatist ainult väike häire. Ameerika Ühendriigid kehtestasid sanktsioonid kahele Cyber Army of Russia Reborni liikmele.

The Tipton Municipal Utilities wastewater plant in Indiana was targeted by a cyberattack by the GRU’s Cyber Army of Russia Reborn, also known as Sandworm and APT 44. The facility serves about 5,000 people north of Indianapolis. The plant remained operational throughout the attack. As with the Muleshoe attack, the hackers posted a sensational video exaggerating the damage they did. In reality, the facility suffered only a minor disruption. The United States sanctioned two members of Cyber Army of Russia Reborn.
