Repeated unidentified drones reported over RAF Feltwell, a US military intelligence-support installation in Norfolk.

RAF Feltwell was also repeatedly affected during the late-November 2024 UK drone episode. USAFE initially confirmed unidentified small UASs operating over or near Feltwell, Lakenheath and Mildenhall between 20 and 22 November, with the wider multi-base activity subsequently continuing. The number and configuration of objects changed across the observation period, but they caused no reported physical damage. Feltwell hosts US military support and intelligence-related facilities, making unexplained overflight a security concern. The 2026 IISS assessment treated the British base incursions as part of the larger European pattern that it judged highly likely to have been coordinated by the Kremlin. It further assessed that Russian-linked maritime vessels were likely involved in launching or recovering some of the UAVs, although no individual Feltwell drone was recovered or traced to a particular vessel.
