Brand zerstört JFG-Composites-Anlage in Lublin, Polen.

On 30 August 2026, a major fire broke out at a production facility belonging to JFG Composites in Lublin. Polish prosecutors identified the site as a JFG Composites facility located on Kasprowicza Street and said the fire caused damage preliminarily estimated at around €5 million. The company produces composite structures and aircraft-related components, including work connected to the aviation supply chain. Prosecutors opened an investigation into a large-scale fire that could have endangered life, health or property of significant value. At the preliminary stage, investigators considered several possible causes, including deliberate arson, technical failure or spontaneous ignition. Public authorities had not confirmed sabotage and had not attributed the fire to Russia. Because the incident affected a defence-linked industrial supplier shortly before a confirmed arson investigation at another Polish drone-industry facility, it can be marked as “Fitting the pattern”, but not as “Officially attributed.” The exact street number was not publicly disclosed in the prosecutor’s statement.
