Ukendt luftmål trænger ind i rumænsk luftrum nær Chilia Veche og forsvinder nær Pardina
Natten til den 26. september 2026 opdagede rumænsk militærradar et luftmål, der bevægede sig nær Chilia Veche langs Donaus grænse til Ukraine. Ifølge Ministeriet for Nationalt Forsvar trængte objektet efterfølgende ind i det rumænske nationale luftrum. Det fulgte en rute næsten parallelt med Donaus Chilia-arm i flere minutter. Radarkontakten blev til sidst mistet nær Pardina. Rumænien udsendte en RO-Alert-advarsel til beboere i det nordlige Tulcea Amt kl. 23:32. To spanske F-18-jagerfly udsendt til NATOs forstærkede luftpoliti og en rumænsk IAR-330 SOCAT-helikopter blev sendt op for at overvåge indtrængen. Alarmen sluttede kl. 00:48. Det rumænske ministerium identificerede ikke offentligt flyets model eller nationalitet, så russisk ansvar kan ikke præsenteres som bekræftet. Indtrængen skete dog i den samme Chilia/Izmail-korridor, der gentagne gange er blevet ramt af russiske envejsangrebsdroner, og inden for dage efter andre Rusland-tilskrevne indtrængninger på rumænsk territorium. Det kvalificerer sig derfor som Passer til mønsteret, med forbehold for, at den officielle erklæring kun beskrev objektet som et luftmål.

On the night of 26 September 2026, Romanian military radar detected an aerial target moving near Chilia Veche along the Danube border with Ukraine. According to the Ministry of National Defence, the object subsequently entered Romanian national airspace. It followed a route almost parallel to the Chilia branch of the Danube for several minutes. Radar contact was eventually lost near Pardina. Romania issued an RO-Alert warning to residents in northern Tulcea County at 23:32. Two Spanish F-18 fighters deployed for NATO enhanced Air Policing and a Romanian IAR-330 SOCAT helicopter were scrambled to monitor the incursion. The alert ended at 00:48. The Romanian ministry did not publicly identify the aircraft’s model or nationality, so Russian responsibility cannot be presented as confirmed. However, the entry occurred in the same Chilia/Izmail corridor repeatedly affected by Russian one-way attack drones and within days of other Russian-attributed penetrations of Romanian territory. It therefore qualifies as Fitting the pattern, with the caveat that the official statement described the object only as an aerial target.
