Dne 9. ledna 2025 měl tanker „Jazz“ po naložení až 50 tisíc tun ropy problémy s motorem poblíž podmořského kabelu C-Lion 1 u švédského ostrova Gotland. Peter Viggo Jakobsen, zástupce Akademie obrany, naznačuje, že se tanker snažil získat nejlepší pozici, aby se na kabely podíval nebo s nimi něco udělal.

On 9 January 2025, the tanker “Jazz” after being loaded up with up to 50 thousand tons of oil ran into engine problems close to the submarine cable C-Lion 1 off the Swedish island of Gotland.
