Trosky podezřelého dronu nalezeny poblíž letecké základny Wunstorf

Německé úřady byly 14. září 2026 upozorněny poté, co byly části zjevně havarovaného dronu nalezeny v neobydleném terénu východně od Steinhuder Meer, poblíž letecké základny Wunstorf Bundeswehru, domova německé vojenské transportní flotily A400M a důležitého logistického uzlu Bundeswehru. Policie zahájila 15. září rozsáhlé pátrání v okolních slatiništích, aby nalezla další součásti a identifikovala letadlo nebo jeho operátora. První prohlášení LKA byla opatrná: trosky nebyly nalezeny na samotném vojenském zařízení a úřady uvedly, že zatím nemohou určit, zda šlo o pokus o sledování, nezákonný soukromý let nebo jiný typ incidentu.

German authorities were alerted on 14 September 2026 after parts of an apparently crashed drone were found in uninhabited terrain east of the Steinhuder Meer, close to the Bundeswehr’s Wunstorf Air Base, home to Germany’s A400M military transport fleet and an important Bundeswehr logistics hub. Police launched a large search of the surrounding moorland on 15 September to recover additional components and identify the aircraft or its operator. Initial LKA statements were cautious: the debris had not been found on the military installation itself, and authorities said they could not yet determine whether it represented attempted surveillance, an illicit private flight, or another type of incident.
