Estonské státní instituce zasáhl dosud největší kyberútok.

Během víkendu 9.–10. března byly webové stránky mnoha estonských vládních institucí terčem největší vlny DDoS útoků v historii země. K útokům se přihlásili prokremelští hackeři. Mezi cílenými weby byly stránky estonské Policie a pohraniční stráže (PPA), daňové a celní správy a ministerstva spravedlnosti. Útoky proti těmto institucím byly nejintenzivnější, jak zdůraznila RIA.

Over the weekend March 9-10, the websites of numerous Estonian government institutions were targeted by the largest wave of DDoS attacks in the country’s history. The attacks were claimed by pro-Kremlin hackers. Among the targeted sites were those of the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PPA), the tax and customs board, and the Ministry of Justice. The attacks against these institutions were the most intense, as highlighted by the RIA.
