A Planet Labs image showed at least 150 military vehicles, including T-72B3 tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and trucks, and two field camps of about 50 tents at the Lepel training ground. Two military trains were standing at nearby Zaslonava station; Radio Liberty’s Belarusian service and Belaruski Hajun assessed that Russian units were still arriving.
