Construction en cours sur le site de la future base navale russe à Otchamtchiré, en Abkhazie occupée

Des images satellite ont montré environ neuf acres défrichés à l'est du port, une fondation en béton d'environ 100 × 40 m en construction, une nouvelle route périphérique avec une clôture apparente, et une autre fondation près du port construite après juin 2024. La Russie n'a pas confirmé les plans de la base.

Satellite imagery showed about nine acres cleared east of the harbour, a concrete foundation of roughly 100 × 40 m under construction, a new perimeter road with an apparent fence, and a further foundation near the harbour built after June 2024. Russia has not confirmed the base plans.
